What we do
We draft and submit formal removal requests to payment service providers (PSPs) and acquirers on your behalf. You complete a short questionnaire; we turn your answers into a structured, professional request and send it to the relevant PSP. The PSP reviews your case and replies directly to you with their decision.

matchvmss.com is not affiliated with Mastercard or Visa. MATCH is operated by Mastercard and VMSS by Visa; we do not run these programs. We work with you and your PSP to prepare and submit a removal request. Please note that the outcome of a removal request is determined by the relevant scheme or authority, and therefore we cannot guarantee that removal will be granted—that decision is made by the PSP or acquirer that added you to the list.
