Why we cannot guarantee removal
We help you prepare and submit a removal request. The decision to remove your business from MATCH or VMSS is not ours.
Who decides the outcome?
The outcome of a removal request is determined by the relevant scheme or authority. MATCH is operated by Mastercard; VMSS is operated by Visa. Your listing was added by a payment service provider (PSP) or acquirer. That same PSP or acquirer—or the card network—reviews your request and decides whether to remove your business from the list. We do not have any say in that decision.
What we do
We provide a drafting and submission service. You complete a questionnaire; we produce a structured, legally sound request and submit it to your PSP or acquirer on your behalf. The risk team of your PSP then performs a review and sends you the verdict. We cannot guarantee that removal will be granted because we are not the decision-makers.
Your responsibility
You remain responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for any outcomes. Using our service does not guarantee a favourable result. We recommend providing complete, truthful information and any supporting documentation your PSP may request.
